"I've used Selim Kebab for more than a decade. If you are coming from Sydenham Station it's worth the short walk. The best takeaway burgers and kebabs in the area. Fresh ingredients on display, with a quick service and friendly staff."

"Prompt service and very clean area. The staff are very patient with the children and even when the children made a mistake in their order and I pointed it out the staff patiently and calmly made the switch and correction without a fuss. And finally the chicken wraps were delicious and the children happily gave it a 10/10"

"I’ve been to this kebab shop twice now and the food is consistently excellent. The doner is always fresh and never left to dry out, which already sets it apart from most places. The lamb doner is flavorful without being overly salty, and the homemade garlic and chilli sauces taste far better than the bottled versions you usually get. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly juicy, not dry and the doner was warm, well-prepared, and never soggy. Customer service is friendly and efficient, and the hygiene rating of 4 at the time of my visit gives confidence in a clean kitchen. Parking can be a little tricky on the main road, but you can usually find a space just behind the shop, only a short walk away. There may be a table inside, but it’s really more of a takeaway place than a sit-in restaurant. Overall, this shop delivers on both quality and consistency, easily making it my go to kebab spot in the area. Well done guys."
